Refund Policy

At Gamlax.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since we deal with digital products (game top-ups, digital gift cards, and vouchers), our refund rules are specific and limited.


1. No Refund for Delivered Digital Goods

  • Once a Digital Card or Gift Card is successfully delivered by our team, no refund is possible under any circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct account details, email, or delivery information. Gamlax.com is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information.


2. Refund for Undelivered Orders

  • If we cannot deliver your product within the promised timeframe, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid while ordering.


3. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If goods are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued.

  • If the customer refuses or fails to take delivery after completing the order, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting a 5% service fee (Gamlax charge).


4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

  • In case of duplicate payment or failed order where the product was not delivered, we will process a full refund to the customer.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
