Refund Policy

At Gamlax.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since we deal with digital products (game top-ups, digital gift cards, and vouchers), our refund rules are specific and limited.
1. No Refund for Delivered Digital Goods
Once a Digital Card or Gift Card is successfully delivered by our team, no refund is possible under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct account details, email, or delivery information. Gamlax.com is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information.
2. Refund for Undelivered Orders
If we cannot deliver your product within the promised timeframe, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid while ordering.
3. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If goods are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
If the customer refuses or fails to take delivery after completing the order, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting a 5% service fee (Gamlax charge).
4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
In case of duplicate payment or failed order where the product was not delivered, we will process a full refund to the customer.
5. Refund Process
Refunds (if eligible) will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
