3. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Delivery is usually instant (2–10 minutes) but may take longer due to technical issues, verification, or third-party delays.

  • Once a digital item (top-up or gift card) is delivered, it is considered completed and non-refundable.

4. Payments

  • We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Binance, Redot Pay, and other international gateways.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct payment and reference details.

  • We do not store sensitive payment data (PIN, card number, or banking credentials).

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once a digital service is successfully delivered.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

    • Duplicate transactions.

    • Failure to deliver the service due to technical error on our end.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the same payment method used by the customer.
